Working closely with the CEO on a daily basis, you will define the acquisition strategy and ensure that every qualified prospect becomes a satisfied customer. You will also manage the partner strategy by selecting, validating, and growing promising partnerships for Calldesk.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the success of every project. Working closely with the Head of Customer Success, you will support our clients throughout their journey — from onboarding and adoption to long-term satisfaction and growth. You will also play a key role in analyzing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and strengthening partnerships to maximize value for Calldesk and its customers.
