Calldesk services end users

Personal Data may be processed by Calldesk during the provision of its Services, in particular Services connecting an AI voice agent and a physical person, identified at least by their phone number and as the case may be by their first name, last name, date of birth or other personal information.

In that case, Calldesk processes Personal Data under the authority, on the instructions and on behalf of the Data Controller, which is Calldesk’s Customer or Calldesk’s Partner, as the case may be. The Data Controller is responsible for collecting the End User consent for the processing of its Personal Data.

Website users

The information collected in the form on the contact page is recorded in a computerized file owned by calldesk SAS. The legal basis of the processing is the consent of the person who has voluntarily transmitted the data and accepted their processing in order to organize a first commercial exchange with calldesk teams.

The data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaire must be provided. The data collected will only be communicated to the calldesk sales and marketing team.

The data will be kept for maximum three years from the date of collection or from the last contact between a calldesk employee and the natural person concerned.
